Refund policy

Maison Archive accepts change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, in new condition, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable.

To request a return, contact info@maisonarchive.com.au with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless required by law.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, significantly different from the description, or has a major problem, Maison Archive will provide the remedies required under the ACL.
